Martin County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, release a person, or retrieve an official booking record. Direct those matters to the responsible public office. Do not use a site message or a public-record request for an emergency. Call 911 when immediate help is needed.

Law Enforcement Center
201 Lake Avenue
Fairmont, MN 56031
County administrative contact: 507-238-3124, with county business hours listed as 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Sheriff’s Office operates continuously. For law-enforcement non-emergency questions, use 507-238-4481. The publicly listed jail contact is 507-238-3150; confirm the preferred booking-desk contact with the county before relying on it for a time-sensitive question.
For a written booking-record or booking-photo request, use the Martin County NextRequest portal or the county’s Citizens Request Center. Public county information identifies Kathy Peterson at 507-238-3180 as a records contact, but assignments can change, so verify that contact through the portal or county main line. Fees and response timing depend on the custodian and request.
Choose the source that matches the record and custody stage:
- For a person currently shown in county custody, check the official Martin County Jail Roster Report. It is a PDF snapshot and does not display photos in the reviewed version.
- For a historical booking record or a photo request, submit a focused request through NextRequest, naming the person, approximate booking date, and arresting agency if known.
- For a case result after booking, use the Minnesota Judicial Branch or Martin County Court Administration at 507-432-7003. The Court Administrator line is 507-432-7005.
- For an adult sentenced to state prison or under Minnesota DOC supervision, use the MNDOC Public Viewer. It is not a county booking search.
- For federal custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator, which is separate from the county jail system.
- For current immigration custody or qualifying CBP custody, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator. It is not a Martin County roster.
The Home hub explains how those sources fit together. An arrest or booking is an accusation, and court disposition information is the appropriate place to check what happened later in a case.
